The newly built house has two floors: the ground floor, facing the social area, has a living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for up to 8 people, an indoor winter garden, and a strong presence of vegetation outside.

The upper floor houses the bedrooms and private areas. There are two suites with double beds, bathrooms and private wardrobes, as well as a complete master suite with views of the lush forest.

The condominium complex features a leisure club with sand courts, swimming pools, jacuzzis, and barbecue areas. There is direct access to the beach at the end of the complex.

5 to 10 minutes by car to the center of Preá / 30 minutes to the village of Jericoacoara / 10 minutes to Barrinha beach (excellent for kitesurfing beginners) / 20 minutes from Jericoacoara Airport (JJD) / 3h30 from Fortaleza.

Access is through the Coconut Beach gate, which has 24-hour security.

The house has 300mbps internet and a television package with all channels and smart TV apps (Netflix, Globoplay, Prime...accessible to the user).
